I cant seem to find the right title for this fic and it just fits. so I used the Tagline from fyeahhenber. I hope Admin is gonna be okay for me using it :)

Its a fic I specifically wrote for valentines day. Tell me what you think about it.

TITLE: I Just Want You to be My Baby~

Amber and Henry were strolling the mall one day. Its Tuesday that is what they know. They are used to seeing a lot of couples at the mall when they hang but today was something else. Its seems like everywhere they look they see sweet couples on dates. Amber turned to the boy beside her and asked

“What day is it today?”

“Tuesday…” Henry replied.

“What date?” she asked again

Henry actually asked her out today on purpose. It is his plan to take Amber out on Valentine’s Day.  

“What?” Amber looked at him confused

“Its Valentines day” Henry smiled

“Oh?” Amber stopped.. “Henry…”

Henry looked back to the girl with her “Yes?”

“Do you have a date today?” She shyly asked

Henry’s lips slowly curved to form a smile “Nope… Why are you asking this all of a sudden? I’m here with you so you are my date. Why? You don’t want to be with me today”

“But people might think that we are on a date…” Amber said to the boy who was looking calm and confident

“I don’t think people would mind. They would be too busy with their own dates.” Henry  replied “Don’t worry about it lets just have fun like what we always do when we hang out”

“Okay so we are just hanging out…” Amber sighed in relief “So what do we do now?”

“Well not exactly because its still a date. Because I asked you out.”

“You are confusing me” Amber answered

Henry extends his hand and Amber reached for it and held his hand. Amber felt this day is going to be different from their normal hang out days. Its valentine’s day and its kinda weird that Henry is saying that they are actually on a date.  

“What do couples do when they are on dates?” Amber asked “I never dated anyone you know. Because…”

“shhh…” Henry shushed her and smiled “Just leave everything to me okay.”

Henry and Amber walked the streets, Henry held on to Amber’s hand not letting go of her the whole time.  Amber smiles at the thought that for the first time someone did make her feel special on Valentine’s Day and that guy is the one she is comfortable with. Someone she has secretly liked for so long.

They both checked out shops and boutiques and saw cute little couple stuff. But what caught Henry’s attention are the cute couple rings. Amber looked at them and her eyes glistened as they looked at them. “Should we get a pair?” Amber asked

“Why not? We are a couple right?” Henry answered “Just get what you want you also choose one for me” He looked at her with the smile on her face until she picked the one she liked. She gave the smaller one to Henry and she had the bigger one

He then slid the ring on Amber’s cute ring finger and Amber did the same to the boy. Then again Henry reached for her hand and they both walked towards the counter Henry reaches for his wallet and paid for the rings. They walked out of the humble little shop with their fingers entwined.

“What do we do next?” Henry asked

“I don’t know.” Amber replied as Henry looked around and found an Ice cream stand He walked to its direction and bought a scoop each for both of them

“So… What flavour do you like babe?” Henry asked

“Vanilla please~” She uttered

“Two vanilla Ice cream cones please” Henry said to the vendor. The man handed Him the two cones and he gave one to Amber. “Here you go.”

“Thanks.”

Amber was actually glad that she got to spend the day with Henry. It’s a fun first time dating. Their first day as a couple.  Just the two of them spending quality time. Amber gazes to the handsome boy beside her and his eyes met hers. He smiled “Are you enjoying our time together?”

Amber avoids his eyes. “Uhmm Okay I guess.”

“Just okay amber?” Henry moved closer to her. He can feel his breath on his face. “Just okay? I wont let go of you tonight until you say that you are having a good time”

“But I am having a good time.” Amber reasons

“Im not convinced.” Henry pretending to sulk “You are not having fun with me. We should break up now”

“Who said I want to break up?” Amber uttered but deep in her heart she would love it everything was real and they’re not playing pretend “Awww.. Stop feeling bad babe.” She kisses his cheek and smiles “Why don’t we go watch a movie.”

“Okay Whatever my girl wants to do” He approves and looks at amber, She notices the Ice cream on the corner of his lips and cannot resist at staring at his red luscious lips, she tempted to actually kiss him lick the melted Ice cream off of him. “What are you looking at?”

“You have something on your face..” She gently cups his soft cheeks and removes the Ice Cream off his lips.

“Thanks!” Henry smiles at his girl. They finished off the cones and walked towards the Cinema. “So what are we going to watch? Everything shown today are those mushy chick flicks” Amber uttered

“It’s a special day right.. We can do weird stuff today. Nobody would really care” Henry flashes a smile.

Inside the Cinema They took their seat Sharing a large Coke with 2 straws and Popcorn. The lights were dim and All that Henry did was stare at Amber’s Pretty face. “You look really pretty tonight” he mouthed. 

Amber suddenly felt her cheeks warm up a bit. The lights was put off and it was total darkness The movie started but Henry was not watching the movie at all. He stared at Amber most of the time as the light from the movie reflected back on her.  She notices “You keep staring” and to her surprise He leaned in and his lips on hers. His warm lips on hers. His hands moving to the back of  her neck. She was stunned and stiff but as the kiss progressed she relaxed and responded.  Henry pulled away with a satisfied smile as Amber shyly placed her hands on her lips. With a little disbelief of what had just happened.  She knew that after what had happened nothing will ever be the same again.

As the movie ended. Amber really cannot remember what the story was and so did Henry. Amber had the kiss replay in her mind the whole time while Henry spent the whole time looking at her and caressing her hand. The lights turned on and they both stood up and walked out the cinema. Amber had unexplainable feelings about the boy. She knew that she has liked him for so long but does not know how to react now that she knows that he likes her back. However she was still uncertain. As they walked out he pulled him for a bit. “What just happened in there? Henry.”

Henry did not reply but he just looked at her as he held her hand. He lead her to the car, He opened the car door for her and she slid in. Henry ran to the other side and looked at her with a smile. Still leaving her confused because he never really answered her question. He leaned in and pulled her seat belt for her and smiled.

There was no exchange of words or anything. The long drive back to the dorms was like hell for amber. Why is he leaving her clueless. Is it game over? Their pretend date is finished.  Once they arrived. Amber got off the car saying nothing. She walked up the driveway to the building but Henry pulled her back to him. “Why so quiet Sweety? No good night kiss for me?”

Amber’s eyes widened, surprised with what she just heard. “I don’t wanna play games Henry. I think our pretend date is over. Lets go back to how we were yesterday. Just friends”

Henry gazed at her putting both his arms around her waist and pulling her in for a hug. “I love you Amber.  But because we were so busy I just never had the opportunity to really tell you. This is a real date to me.” 

Amber felt like melting in his warm hug. Now feeling secure of how she feels for him. “You don’t know how long I have waited for you to say that. I liked you long enough it’s torturing”

“Happy Valentine’s Day baby. I love you!” Henry whispered as he kissed the temple if her forehead

“I love you too” She replied “Lets do this again next year~”

“we can do it everyday from now on…” He pulled out a little box and opened it. Henry has a pair of expensive couple rings. He slid one on Amber’s ring finger “Now this will make things official”
